For doors we supply Sliding patio doors, French doors, residential doors, Rockdoor and WarmCore aluminium bi-folding doors. All products are A+rated as standard and come with a 10 year guarantee.
As standard we will supply you with our ultra efficient 'A+' rated windows and doors. Our current range of casement windows and doors incorporate some of the most advanced double glazing available and perform much better than standard A rated windows. Our A+ rating makes our products one of the most advanced in the UK, easily exceeding building regulations so you will have peace of mind that we are installing a super efficient window.
For even higher energy efficiency, we now manufacture the next generation of windows & doors, triple glazed. Using the same advanced glass specification as our double glazing our triple glazing adds an additional pane of energy efficient Pilkington KS glass, achieving an excellent 'A+ 17' rating from the BFRC.
Our doors have high security built in. As standard an exceptionally strong 5-point security lock with hookbolts and shootbolts that complies with PAS 23, PAS 24 standards and the police approved Secured by Design specification. Our doors are internally beaded, the glass or panels can only be removed from the inside.
We now can supply Optima flush casement windows that mimic the traditional wooden windows of period properties, whilst offering superb energy efficiency and lower heating bills. The openers on these windows sit flush in the frame externally rather than standing proud. Their simple lines and proportions work well in more modern buildings too. We believe our flush casement is the best, far surpassing others on the market in terms of authentic design and energy efficiency, A+ as standard!
Our energy efficient windows & doors will make a real difference in the winter and reduce your home's energy bills as a lot of heat is lost through the glazing area. The special coating on each pane of glass reflects heat back into the room. All of our windows & doors are filled with argon gas which is extremely effective in reducing heat loss as it has a higher density than air.
Our windows have high security built in. Our locking system is sourced from Yale and with the option of shootbolt locking ensures a highly secure window. All of our windows are internally beaded which means that the glass can only be removed from the inside. All window handles have key locking. All our windows have a two stage locking system where the window is completely closed on the first setting but allows airflow through a small gap on the second setting, while still being locked.
Optionally we offer an upgraded cylinder with Kitemark standard, providing Anti-Bump, Anti-Pick and Anti-Drill protection.
Our profile extrusion is supplied by Profile 22, one of the leading extruders in the country. We use the new 2016 award winning 6 chambered Optima 70mm system with an attractive sculptured finish.
The exterior frame is now mechanically joined instead of welded, which is fantastic if you have limited access during installation as it can be unscrewed and taken apart. The frame will conveniently come fully assembled, as long as it's under 4 meters wide. This applies to all sliding doors ordered after 20th November 2017.
Even though our doors are strong, robust and secure, they are easy to use. We've put the effort into the engineering so they are lightweight in operation, gliding smoothly and quietly on their tracks. Our doors are suitable for all types of homes from bungalows to high-rise. We've designed them for ease of installation, with slim stepped frames which minimises plaster cutback.
Our PatioMaster sliding doors are designed to keep the warmth in and the cold out, and use the same Argon filled A rated glass as our windows, which is extremely effective in reducing heat loss as it's denser than air.
We include weather-seals that prevent drafts and leaks, a thermally efficient multi-chamber PVCU-U frame for reduced heat transmission & strength and 28mm thermally efficient glass as standard with a special coating that reflects the heat back into the room.
Our sliding doors have reasonably low thresholds of 50mm (42mm to bottom of door sash), not including any cill. Lower thresholds than that have not been proven weather proof.
Our sliding patio doors are built to be strong, safe and secure. Each door is steel reinforced, secured with multipoint locks - six point locking system as standard, and has anti-jacking technology with all panels sliding internally, 28mm toughened glazing and extra reinforcing around the locks.
High security anti-bump cylinders are also available as an optional extra.
The PatioMaster door system is designed for appearance and for function, but also for durability. The good looks will not fade, they last year after year. Our doors won't split, crack or warp, and they'll stand up to the worst of the weather without issues. Maintenance is minimal and all that is usually needed is a quick wipe with a soft cloth using warm, soapy water.
When specifying your PatioMaster sliding patio door you can choose a 2, 3 or 4 pane type, in various colours including white, cream, rosewood, light oak, anthracite grey & black. We also have a wide range of handle colours to compliment your new door.
In order to achieve such a highly energy efficient windows & doors we only use the latest glass technology from Pilkington known as Pilkington EnergiKare. All windows are supplied with the following glass make-up:
Inner pane – Pilkington KS
Outer pane – Pilkington Optiwhite
Gas filling – Argon Gas
Spacer bar – black SuperSpacer
Thickness – 28mm (24mm for flush) or 36mm for triple
U-value – from 0.76 to 1.22
In addition, you may also add Georgian bar, Square lead or Diamond lead decoration to your glass.

Colours
All of our window & door designs are available in White, Rosewood, Light Oak, Anthracite Grey and Black-brown, and also woodgrain White and Cream. You also have the option of having a White finish on the inside and a coloured finish on the outside.
Comprehensive Guarantee
Frames: Profile 22 Systems undertake to warrant their white and woodgrain/textured coloured laminated PVC-u window and door profiles for a period of 10 years. This warranty is in respect of colour stability, shape retention and impact strength retention.
Sealed glass units: 5 years against condensation inside the unit.
Furniture: 1 year against failure in operation.
