First class service from start to finish. Good communication on timings and the 2 guys who did the work were great. They worked all day long on all 3 days and made sure to clean up after every day. They finished the job and advised that the down pipe to the gutter was a little short. One quick call to the office and it was sorted within a couple of days. Completion Certificate and warranty paperwork were received within a week. I really would recommend this company to friends and family with full confidence. I appointed Smart Conservatory Solutions to replace my glass conservatory roof with a tiled roof inclusive of electrics and plastering and I am very impressed with their work. The team arrived as expected and worked solidly through until they finished each day. They worked at speed and to a high standard which included cleaning up after themselves. In a hot week in June 2017, Smart Conservatory Solutions replaced our polycarbonate roof with an insulated one that gave us a large new gable window. From start to finish Smart Conservatory Solutions (SCS) have been a joy to deal with. If all companies were as customer focused as SCS life would be so much more straightforward. The initial sales process was incredibly smooth with us signing up on the second vist by the surveyor (Richard). Timing was impeccable and SCS always kept to promised timescales. No Late Excuses for non delivery from this company!

We had a fairly large roof done and Peter and Greg-the installation guys-were brilliant. They completed their bit in 4 days and the following week the plasterer (Prakash) did a great job in just a day. Once the plaster had dried out the decorator (Peter) then came straight away and did his bit. All of the tradesmen were really nice people who kept the place clean and tidy.

I especially like that you are given a dedicated point of contact at head office that we had regular contact with throughout the project. A top class job completed by a top class company. I would not hesitate in recommending SCS.

Very good, professional and friendly service from first contact to the end of project. There was a slight bit of confusion with the installation date, in that when we phoned 2 days before my install date that they quoted by e-mail. I was told that the date was incorrect. But they did phone back the same afternoon and admitted their was some confusion at their end. Despite the date confusion, I was still pleased with their service and more importantly the workmanship on the conservatory insulated ceiling.

I've been thinking about having my conservatory roof replaced for years. Finally took the plunge and am so pleased I did. The project has been a complete success. Smart Solutions installed a new roof in my conservatory with spotlights. Initially I had some problems with the credit so asked if I could pay them in 4 stages, they set this up for me and didn't put any pressure on me. Our original conservatory was 20 years old and built with. Dwarf brick wall with built-in hardwood supports to a hardwood roof frame. SCS where the only company who agreed that it would be best to retain the entire existing frame rather than removing the roof and replacing it with a much weaker softwood or aluminium one. They also agree we could retain the internal roof tie-rods and oriental ceiling fan, both of which we like as a quirky visible features. As this meant the scope of the work was much reduced, the price was much more affordable than the competitors and within our budget. The skill and work ethic of the site team was really impressive compared with any previous extension work we have had done on the house. I never recommend anything to anybody, but I would happily have this company come back to help design and build our lemonery.

A wonderful job from the very start when I was given a comprehensive quote to the management of the actual build. Great communications from the team at each stage and Erik worked so hard and long to sor out the gutter challenge. The site was left clean and tidy and I am delighted with the result. Finally, after the plaster had cured, Patrick came to paint, yet again very pleasant and helpful, he completed the job, cleaned and tidied before departing. The improvement in insulation was felt straight away and we are very satisfied.

Do you ever worry that contacts via the web for any sort of building work will not meet your expectations. As someone who has fallen foul of dodgy tradesmen I am particularly careful watching every element of the work waiting for something to go wrong. Smart Conservatory Solutions have restored my faith that there are good companies out there with real tradesmen working for them with a great work ethic delivering a first class product. From first contact with this company they have been proffesional throughout. The fitter (Gabriel) arrived when expected and despite poor weather removed my glass conservatory for and had it sealed against the weather on day one and finished and ready for the plasterer on day three. Gabriel just got on with the work and left my property clean and tidy when he finished. Both the plasterer and the painter arrived on schedule were of the same mould so at the end of the job my QA of their efforts was wasted time it was perfect, no faults, errors or omissions, they delivered what they said they would. Team of fitters, hard working, polite, do not make a mess. Thebest workman that we have ever had. They didn't stop working from the moment they go here. This company was recommended to us by a friend. We arranged a site visit after which we placed an order for our conservatory roof to be replaced. The work started in the 2nd March and the new roof was completed the following day. The ceiling was plastered the following Monday and painted yesterday. The whole process has been extremely impressive-from the surveyor who guided us through the order on the initial visit. To the two very hardworking and methodical installers and finally to the plasterer and painter. The sales team were excellent to deal with, not at all pushy and as others are saying in reviews, very competitively priced. The installation team were also excellent and the workmanship is superb. The Victorian shaped conservatory was relatively complexat 4.5m x 3.5m with 11 roof panels. They completed the build in 2.5 days with the plasterer returning for 2 hours the following day to complete the job! Really impressive and I would have no hesitation to recommend them.

Absolutely brilliant from the initial estimate where everything was discussed in detail to the follow up calls prior to installation. The builders were excellent and did not rush and the detail of the workmanship put my 150K extension to shame. The plastering was spot on and then a few days later finished off by the decorating. We now have a room that is usable all the time as being south facing it was just too hot in the summer to use and we have noticed the difference in warmth on the cooler evenings to our house, in hindsight we wished we had dine it years ago. Totally recommend.

This company was recommended to us by someone else who gave them rave reviews. I can see why, from start to finish they were superb. Initial contact wasn't in the slightest pushy, the 2 lads who turned up to do the work never stopped for 2 days. Just kept them topped up with coffee! The quilty of work was outstanding. After the roof was on, the electrician arrived again excellent, and finally the plasterer, wow what a finish!!! All were clean and tidy in their work and we have absolutely no complaints. Superb! Would recommend to anyone without hesitation!

Exceeded Expectation.

After a lot of research we chose this company, as their salesman was fully versed in the product and it's flexibility in design and fitting. Ours was a large irregular roof fitted onto an existing steel portal frame. He was able to explain how the product would use the existing frame, where as other salespersons were all selling a factory produced product that could not easily be adapted to out needs. The craftsmen who came to fit the roof were highly skilled and completed the structure to a very high standard, they were followed by an electrician, plasterer and decorator, who were all of the highest standard.

The whole team were efficient, polite ad friendly, including the back office who co-ordinated all the works.

This was the best money we have spent in the last 10 years. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

We are very happy with all the work carried out by this company to replaced our existing conservatory roof ith a warm roof. The price was competitively and we were able to take advantage of the 'refer a friend payment.' Work started ahead of schedule and was quick and very well finished. The plasterer also arrived ahead of schedule and his work too was great. Again, he tidied u thoroughly after himself. The painter arrived as promised and once again did a great job and tidied up after himself. The office team also provided great support throughout and were friendly, professional and efficient. The work has transformed our conservatory to an all year round garden room. We noticed the change immediately with no condensation build up and a much warmer, and inviting room. We selected SCS via Google to replace a glass conservatory roof with polycarbonate tiles, skylights, electrics, plastering and painting. From initial contact with SCS were courteous, informative and professional. SCS promised to be watertight same day & they delivered on this, despite wet conditions. The team arrived on-time, worked at speed, to a high standard, cleaning-up at each stage. SCS' careful planning & good communication allayed any anxieties. The roofers & the electrician finished in 2.5 days; the plasterer was in next working day and the painter followed as soon as the plaster was fry. Frankly, the whole operation could not have been any slicker. The new roof looks fabulous & the benefits from increased wether protection & temperature insulation are immediately apparent. We had our conservatory roof replaced by SCS in March 2022, they were professional and friendly throughout the assessment and sale process and very accommodating with any questions regarding the project. The fitting team were brilliant and completed the build quickly and to a very high standard. The job looks great and I couldn't be happier with the end result. Whilst expecting to be disappointed at some point we can honestly say that at each stage of the job, even at the sales stage, the team from Smart Conservatory Solutions were outstanding in skills, on site etiquette an final work done. They even braved the hurricane strength winds on one of the days taking it in their stride. The final result is superb. Highly recommended!
