We are passionate about our service and the quality of our workmanship and new conservatory roofs. We only accept 100% satisfaction on all the work we do, so our customers can depend on us to deliver a great result that will work for them years into the future.  We pride ourselves in providing great customer service, and to show this is not just idle talk, we open ourselves up to independent reviews using Trust A Trader, and submit our work and standards to the Consumer Protection Association (CPA) who also survey our results each year.  In our CPA Survey for 2017, 98% of our customers rate us as 'Very Good' or 'Excellent' , and our customer service was rated 100% across the board.  Click here to see a PDF of the CPA's survey.

To doubly protect our customers, we never sub-contract our work, choosing instead to only use our own, fully trained staff who embrace our customer service ethos. All our conservatory roofs are compliant with building regulations, have all the necessary certifications and are approved by the local authority building control.  Our work is also fully insured and backed by a 10 year warranty from the CPA for complete peace of mind.
